We also offer a complete set of services that help in the manufacturing maintenance of mould tools: Design, 3D model and a “Rapid Prototype”; Servicing and repairs.

The barrier is made of hot-dip galvanized steel tubing. The legs are fixed to the body. It consists of a body, the frame of which is made of a tube with a 32mm diameter and a grid, formed by vertical bars with an 8mm diameter. At one end of the grid are welded hooks, and at the other there are loops which are used to attach the barriers to one another until the desired length is achieved. The legs are the continuation of the tubes which form the body, which ensures the stability of the barrier. The barriers are delivered arranged in a package and fastened with a metal strap. As an additional service, light reflecting panels can be mounted on the barriers, as long as they are provided by the client. Metal In has 9 eccentric presses with a force of 40 to 200 tons. We have loaders for roll operation and feeders. 3 hydraulic presses with a force of up to 160 tons. We produce press parts for the automotive, construction and furniture industries. Metal In is certified according to IATF 16949: 2016. We have a tool section for the production and maintenance of punches and bending tools. We also offer a subsequent operation of zinc and zinc-nickel.

Our tooling engineers and designers have extensive experience in creating various blow molds and injection molds. Our in-house tooling department produces molds for most plastic articles made in Philplast as well as molds for use outside our company. We can design, produce and issue technical documentation before the mold making, or we can make molds from 3D documentation provided by the client. In our tooling production we use new fully equipped high-performance CNC machines. The maximum size of our blow molds is for articles up to 20 liters in volume. The maximum dimensions for our injection molds are 546 x 896mm with a maximum weight of 2,500kg. All molds made to be used in Philplast are thoroughly tested on out machines to ensure their perfect quality. Maximum weight:2500kg
